Waterloo Surveyors has a long and established history of serving Customers in the Texas Region, 20 years in business and 100's of years experience.  The Services we offer have been uniquely constructed around the surveying needs of our clients in the Residential, Commercial, Land & Property, and Energy Segments.  Our Clients are Title Companies, Custom and Production Home Builders, Engineering Firms, Architects, Developers, Individual Home Owners, Civil Engineering Firms, Land Developers and Energy Producers.  We serve this base from our corporate office which is located in North Austin along with supporting regional locations in South Austin and Houston.  This uniquely positions us to support our clients from Austin to San Antonio, San Antonio to Houston, and everywhere in between.  Additionally, we commonly travel to assist our major Customers wherever they do business.  We are also excited to be opening Operations in Dallas in soon.

Derrick Dixon, the founder of Waterloo Surveyors, has been surveying for over 25 years ago.  He got his start in the business working for his father, Tom, working with survey crews during the Summer and drafting during the school year.  Derrick, a native Austinite went to the University of Texas and is also a retired firefighter with the Austin Fire Department. 

Other key original members of the Waterloo Team include Brian Sumner - Operations Manager, Tom Dixon - RPLS, Vince Boyce - Senior Survey Tech, and Vince Boyce - Senior Survey Tech.  Waterloo Surveyors is like a big family, we have close ties that bind us together as a team.  We believe if you enjoy your job, do good work and treat your clients like family, success will follow.
